Profile management can be performed by clicking the screw-shaped icon at the bottom right of the application screen and selecting [Settings] → [Profile Management]. The email address used for registration cannot be changed because it is linked to the account. (If you wish to change your email address, you will need to delete your existing account and register a new account with your new email address. Click the "Handset Mark" in the profile column to make a voice call with an interpreter, or click the "Video Mark" to make a video call. There is also a similar icon in the chat column, so you can click the icon to start a call from there as well. (The interpreter may have turned off the camera function. Even in that case, the interpreter can check the user's image, so use the camera to present the documents to the interpreter and translate it. It is also possible to have it.)

You can search for an interpreter from the [Interpreter List] by clicking the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the application screen. Select one language for "Interpreter" and "Interpreter". To reselect a language, press reset on the top right and select one language again. Applicable interpreters will be narrowed down. Also, if you specify the necessary conditions from "Filter" and click the "Finish" button, the number of interpreters will be further narrowed down. You can also select a specialized field by "specialized field" (multiple selections can be made) and search for an interpreter suitable for the specialized field. Please refer to the interpreter's profile column, which also displays insignia representing a detailed professional interpreter, career details, etc.

You can check it from [Call history] by clicking the handset icon at the bottom of the application screen. The call history also shows the interpreter charges incurred for that call. If you wish to issue a call statement, click the screw icon at the bottom right of the application screen, specify the desired period from [Settings] → [Issue call statement], and click the "Send" button. , The call statement will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

Click the screw icon at the bottom right of the application screen and select [Settings] → [Transaction history] to check the [Purchase history] of the call charge by credit / debit card.

Also, since the base currency is US dollars, the call charges will be displayed in US dollars regardless of the registered "desired currency". If you would like to know the call charge in the "desired currency", please check the call history from the handset icon at the bottom of the screen.

Oyraa uses about 0.3 MB per minute for voice calls. This is about the same amount of data traffic as other apps such as WhatsApp and LINE.

You will need to register your credit card to make a call with the interpreter. Click the gear-shaped icon at the bottom right of the app screen, click [Settings] → [Payment Management], and click the "Credit Card / Debit Card" button.

Enter your card information and click "Add". If you add only one card, that card will automatically become the basic payment method. If you want to add a card, you can add it by clicking the "Credit Card / Debit Card" button.

After entering the information for the new card, select which card you want to make the basic settings. You can now call your favorite interpreter and make a quick pay payment. (See Terms of Service 5.11 for more information on currencies and exchange rates.)

If you receive a letter or document in a foreign language and don't understand the meaning, if the manual is written in a foreign language and you don't understand it at all, or if you want to check whether the email or document you wrote is correct, you can use the Oyraa app to translate it into a photo. You can easily request translation by sending it to the shooting interpreter.

To optimize app notification performance on most Android devices, consider the following settings:

A. Battery Saver Settings: Navigate to your device's battery saver settings. By default, Android may suppress notifications and halt background services in battery-saver mode. Adjust these settings to permit notifications for our app.

B. Other Permissions: Grant the "Display pop-up windows while running in the background" permission. This allows our app to display call notifications and screen alerts even when the app is closed or in a killed state.

C. App Permissions: Enable the "Background Autostart" permission to allow the app to initiate in the background. This is crucial for displaying call notifications and screen alerts when the app is closed or in a killed state.

D. DND (Do Not Disturb) and Power Saving Modes: Review settings related to Do Not Disturb mode and power-saving modes. The default Android configuration may cease all services in these modes to conserve power. Adjust these settings according to your preferences.
