Founder & CEO
Oyraa was founded by Oya Koc in March 2017. Her mission was to make it simple for clients to find, hire, work with and pay interpreters. Since then, Oyraa has grown to a global platform with employees in three continents.
Oya graduated from The University of Tokyo, with a Master's degree in Engineering, with research projects in electronics. Originally from Turkey, she's an avid traveller and world citizen, and has lived in Japan, Turkey and Switzerland. She's fluent in English, Turkish and Japanese.
Her previous work experience includes working for The Boston Consulting Group.
VP of Finance
Motoyuki Odachi is a former Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan. He started his career as a Tax and Public Accountant and dedicated some of his time to being a member of the House of Councillors in the country.
A businessman by trade, Takashi Mitsumori has an impressive track record spanning 30 years in management and business development with multinationals in Japan, the US, and Asia. He served as Managing Director & Partner for various corporations including Polycom Inc., SAP Japan and Accenture Japan. Under his leadership, NCR became one of the most successful global companies in Japan and Korea.
